        Organized the acquisition of ABC Jordan, a Jordanian bank with 23 branches.

        Established Arab Banking Corporation’s Representative Office in Tehran, Iran.

        Involved in the opening of the investment arm of Arab Banking Corporation 
         in Thailand with a paid up capital of US$ 10 mm.

        Established Arab Banking Corporation’s Representative Office in Cairo, Egypt.

1986 to 1996 

        Established Arab Banking Corporation’s Representative Office in Tunisia, 
         up-graded it to an OBU Branch and later converted it to a subsidiary
         of Arab Banking Corporation with a paid up capital of US$ 10 mm.

        Involved in the acquisition of Union Bank of Bangkok with 83 branches located
          in Thailand (total assets US$ 1.2 bn)

1985

        Involved in the acquisition of Arab Banking Corporation‘s subsidiary in Hong 
         Kong with a paid up capital of US$ 100 mm and total assets of US$ 2.5 bn,
         with 23 branches.

        Established Arab Banking Corporation’s Representative Office in Tripoli, Libya.

        Involved in the establishment of Arab Banking Corporation’s Representative
